Both me and my boyfriend have tried feeding him, changing him, holding him, we go quite, turn off all the lights after we put him in his bed but nothing has worked. He is breastfeed. Is there anything more we can be doing to get him to sleep because he cried if we put him down to sleep. Korienna — Thank you for reading and for sharing with us. Newborns can go from awake to overtired almost in a blink of an eye.

I hope this helps, Korienna! I am currently sleep training my 4. I am on week 2 but she is extremely overtired. Her bedtime is a pm. My question is how can I break out of the over-tiredness cycle.

Filling your mind with negative images and stories will only make your anxiety worse. You especially want to avoid watching the news just before bedtime. Assure yourself just as you would a close friend or loved one. If possible, talk to someone you trust about your anxious thoughts. Talking about them to someone else can help put your fears in perspective. Spend a few minutes throughout the day to stop and focus on your breathing. Practice taking slow, deep breaths — breathing through your nose — followed by exhaling slowly.

Slowing down your breathing will help you relax. Stress always exacerbates anxiety. While some degree of stress is unavoidable, look for ways you can reduce the amount of stress in your life. Things you might consider are:. So many questions. I resorted to online forums, polls and articles to get me through the transition. I get really worried about everything that I just read and having bad night sleep almost every day. I was tearing up as i read this article and a few comments.

Stress is my middle name and being one that was recently diagnosed with panic disorder where a panic attack can come on at anytime, anywhere, without warning can be stressful in itself. Minus the xanex smh the next 8 months will be a challenge. I have been stressing with everything. Summer break the kids being home all day every day during the last few months of my pregnancy.

I stress about cleaning and the house never being as clean as i use to be able to keep it. I stress about getting our walk in attic finished so It can be the childrens toy room so i have room on the second level for a nursery.

Toilet Phobia

I stress that it wont get done in time. I stress that im not spending enough time with my boys now because It takes a lot to get motivated since im never feeling very good and am always tired. I have been stress out for the last few weeks. I meditate and walk as much as possible but sometimes I just wish I owned a car. Working out usually helps until it happens again. I am the same way. I get so bogged down though that nothing seems to help at times. I get stressed out at times, but then I sit back, breathe deeply, and tell myself to just chill out. She already has one boy and one girl. I have one boy.

It gets really scary as you go through your pregnancy and for me it always happened when I was about to sleep. I biggest anxiety has been work.

I got laid off right before I found out I was pregnant and have been looking for work and nothing has happened and I have four months to go before having my daughter. I just embrace the fact that her father takes care of me and tries to support me emotionally and living for the moment can be easier than worrying myself. I do not want to miss the good moments. Meditating is a really good idea. I use to do it all the time in high school, but it really helps you take your mind of things.

I suggest playing some calming music while you meditate. Its been so hard relaxing when they say to just relax lol. Bed Rest should be called anxiety inducement. I cant do much so all I can do is sit around and stress. Wish i didnt have so much time on my hands, I miss working. The only time I ever got too high was from my first ever attempt at making brownies. The weed was of a very poor quality so I used a lot attempting to compensate. My wife who almost never uses weed ate two as did I. I ended up giving most of the leftovers away, always giving fair warning, and all ate less than half of what my wife and I had just devoured, and all freaked out.

What we did was lock all the doors and windows so we felt safe and watched a favorite old movie. Are there edibles out there with as low as 2 or 1 mg? Just curious. Yeah, the only time I freaked out was from edibles. They can, however, give you the most psychedelic, satisfying, long lasting high when done right. I did tincture drops and it was indica based. I felt like I was falling like layers of myself were being sucked out if me. My legs felt like they were going invisible.

Any suggestions to counteract? Yeah only take one or two drops. Drinks lots of cold water and be well fed. Also eat black pepper like the article says. I went through a phase where weed brought out terrible anxiety and paranoia. It was honestly amazing. Is this the company you mentioned? If the company is called Quanta then I have something to say. I get my cbd pens from them too and it works so well actually. I think vaping cbd is way better then alternative methods because it goes directly into the bloodstream. Are those expensive?

History of the project

They were supposed to have some Indica, but bureaucracy stopped that. Will have to try this Quanta…hmm. If pepper-corn works than CBD is the nuclear option. You must respect the sativa. Indica only makes me tired and sleepy. It helps my insomia much better than getting drunk. I heard from a neuroscientist at some point that mg of ibuprofen will help, since it purges some of the receptors or something like that.
